Return policy
At firmebags.com, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags intact. All returns are subject to a quality check, after which refunds or replacements are processed.
Convenience fees and delivery charges are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality approval, while COD refunds are processed via a Razorpay payout link sent through SMS and email.
Reverse pickup may not be available in some remote locations; in such cases, customers may courier the product to our registered address after generating a Return ID.
Shipping
We deliver domestic orders within 2–8 business days and international orders within 10–20 business days, subject to location and availability.
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays), with shipping charges calculated at checkout; customs duties for international orders are borne by the customer.
In case of stock unavailability, customers will be notified and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
